Udemy Business provides us with an innovative, on-demand tool, which empowers our employees to learn whatever they need, whenever they need it. The content, especially on technical areas, is up to date and relevant for our global SaaS business and our Customer Success/Account Management experience has been second to none compared to other platforms. My Customer Success Manager provides me with updates on content and new Udemy features, whilst also putting a lot of time and effort into supporting me with engaging the business in L&D, helping managers make the most of Udemy, connecting me with other Udemy users, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Udemy Business? The only downside to Udemy Business is that because you receive the top rated content, sometimes our employees are trying to access courses that aren't available through their Business licence. However, we can always purchase these if needed. Also, some other platforms have a feature where licences can be more easily rotated if they're not being used, e.g. deactivated if not used within X months. Udemy Business is allowing us to access a wide range of content for a wide range of learner needs, e.g. every department in our business. It is especially helpful for technical skills development, allowing our developers to continually improve their coding and AI skills to better improve our products.
