What do you like best about U.S. Legal Support?

Being able to get a court reporter on short notice is a big help. Sometimes a deposition, or even the opportunity to schedule one, comes up out of nowhere and you need a court reporter immediately. Instead of trying to track down a small company, I go to US Legal because they can connect you very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about U.S. Legal Support?

Process serving is an industry-wide issue. It’s generally not like the movies, where people dress up or disguise themselves. I also don’t like seeing multiple attempts to serve someone during normal work hours—of course the person isn’t home then. I’d prefer some direct contact with the process server so I could share additional useful details and help make the service attempt more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering U.S. Legal Support:

Compare pricing to smaller outfits but compare how quickly and easily it is to get court reporters through US legal. Same with process servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is U.S. Legal Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use US Legal for court reporters and process serving. When we have a deposition, they can quickly connect us with a court reporter. Their process serving is solid as well, although I’ve found that many individual process servers aren’t always very thorough.
