What do you like best about Tyler Enterprise Permitting & Licensing?

EnerGov has the best support of any software company I've ever worked with in over 20 years in IT. Their development teams make a concerted effort to understand and implement the best user experience and interface for their diverse customer base. What do you dislike about Tyler Enterprise Permitting & Licensing?

No major dislikes. Had some issues with implementing add-on prpoducts and not having excellent communication from the project team, but we worked through those and all was on-time and as-promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
