"Life-Changing: Clinical Notes with Twofold—Intuitive, Accurate, and Incredibly Supportive"

What do you like best about Twofold AI Scribe?

Twofold has changed my life as a clinician and an administrator at the private practice group where I work. From the initial informational meetings with one of the co-founders, through the trial period of select staff including myself, to the onboarding of all the practice's therapists of varying degrees and experience levels, we have received nothing but personal and prompt support that has been thoughtful and timely. The co-founder and our account manager assisted us in making personalized templates that captured our workflows as a practice and also met documentation requirements that would pass any audit. Not only did they do it well, accurately, and effectively, they did it with typically an overnight turnaround. Any feedback we've provided has been immediately integrated, and any time we have any issues, there is always a real person who responds to our request for help. Twofold has made me a better clinician because I am able to focus on my client, rather than both my client and taking notes (by hand or typewritten). I have become a more focused therapist without worrying about capturing all the details that I'll later need for the medical chart documentation. My clients experience no intrusiveness through the use of Twofold, and in fact they have been more than happy to support me using the AI scribe as a resource that makes my life easier as their therapist! The notes that Twofold generates from the scribing, or from the entry of manual notes or dictation, are incredibly well written in a natural voice, rather than something that sounds auto-generated and/or robotic. The program is also able to discern what types of treatment frameworks are being used, the strategies and skills implemented, treatment goals and progress made towards goals, and even a new voice joining halfway through (such as a collaborating provider), all of which is then generated into a medical chart note that I couldn't compete with on my best and brightest day. Regarding the actual experience of using Twofold, the user interface is intuitive even for those who are the most tech-challenged, and with the support constantly provided by Twofold's human representatives, the system is practically fool-proof to use. Finally, Twofold is cost effective (i.e. very reasonable pricing), ethically built by real people who center actual client care and those who provide it, and environmentally aware (yes, even given the use of AI). I cannot rave about Twofold enough, and wish everyone had the ability to experience how amazing and life-changing it truly is! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twofold AI Scribe?

In all honesty, nothing! I have found human support to be excellent, the scribe itself and notes in generates to be accurate, and the time given back to me from not having to stress over manual documentation to be a gift that keeps giving because of all that it then allows me to do with that time. What problems is Twofold AI Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Medical record charting, also known as documentation, as a mental health provider is an incredibly heavy burden that clinicians and administrators have accepted as a reality for the work we do. Twofold has created a world in which not only is that burden lessened, it is almost completely lifted. Not only am I able to do standard notes in under 2 minutes (from generating to copy/pasting into our medical record), I am even able to additional functions of Twofold to write treatment plans, create homework for clients, and even assist in writing things like accommodation letters due to its ability to synthesize clinical information across treatment sessions. I am sure I've not even discovered a fraction of its uses, and Twofold is constantly adding new features that only enhance what it is able to provide as a service and the 'problems' it solves for me as an end user.
