"Twine facilitates meaningful interconnectivity and eases remote onboarding woes."
5/5
What do you like best about twine?

Twine is able to bridge the digital work from home (WFH) gap connecting groups of 2-5 people together for conversation over the platform. The platform on the back end is very easy to use, allows for question prompts to be created, and is much easier than organizing breakout rooms in other platforms to facilitate getting-to-know-you conversation. When we used the tool our organization had under 50 people so the software was free which was a bonus! We have many new remote hires, gone are the days of chatting by the water cooler about what you did on the weekend, and in its place is this tool to help connect humans and ease remote onboarding isolation. The prompts are what the user makes of them, though the platform does have some auto-generated suggestions if the user so chooses. Post-function stats allow for ROI analysis and help visualize the software's value. The best part? It is fun. We had just under 50 positive reviews and look forward to connecting again using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about twine?

There were some complaints about being matched with the same people, I wonder if there might be a way to better mitigate this on the development side. Overall the troubleshooting and customer service support was excellent. I give the company kudos for their patience while figuring out one of our connection issues... after checking firewalls, VPNs, possible virus software conflicts ... the problem ended up being that our employee did not have their camera turned on (facepalm). You do need a camera for the experience :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
