What do you like best about Twin?

Twin has simplified hours of data analyzation for me. It was so easy to set up and user friendly. As far as an AI goes, this is so much more than a thought partner because it takes actual action on items I need help with. Pricing wise, it is doing things that an VA would do for me in 1/8th of the time and for a cheaper cost. So for me, it's extremely affordable. I can set it up once. Maybe make a tweak after the first run, and then I forget about it and things just happen for me. It reads my email, reads my spreadsheets and summarizes data DAILY for our team. It's saved me an insane amount of time and unlike an actual VA - it requires no training. Works so easily with google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twin?

The only issue with Twin is if I run out of credits to run something. I wish the builds didn't cost so many tokens because sometimes there is a lot of back and forth in a build and I blow credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Twin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Twin is reading daily reporting spreadsheets and summarizing them in a top down report every morning. Mid and end of month it is reminding my team who has missing data for certain days. And at the end of the month it reports to me and our business owner the names of people who missed days. It reads my email and recaps open loops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
