Its super easy and fast to implement paired with a good customer support team. **What do you dislike about Twilio Verify?** A tier can be introduced for startups to provide them with credits in order to invite in more startup founders. **What problems is Twilio Verify solving and how is that benefiting you?** To verify users on sign in and sign up within our product. ### 2. I can use this service just by looking at the code. I implemented SMS/email authentication service for the first time using twilio and it's been my GO to authentication solution ever since. it is easy to integrate in any application and has support for all most widely used programming languages. I did'nt faced any dificulty as such but i heard from a friend that twilio has a great community/customer support. **What do you dislike about Twilio Verify?** Although i faced this challenge once but i have seen that it was taking almost 10-15 minutes for getting a SMS on phone. I did'nt know the proper reason but assumed Twillio cloud must have faced downtime. So when considering scalability for my app, I need to consult with them and use proper services. Other thing is COST ... i like that they provice free trial. but they can ease their costing for small business. **What problems is Twilio Verify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Twillio API solve almost all the MFA authentication related problems, I am a fan of TOTP and SMS authentication... I did'nt have to code extra things and need to worry about the bugs and issues that comes with it. It's all been taken care of by twilio. ### 3. If the price factor is to be less then Twilio is absolutely ahead of their competition with other omnichannel communications platform like Kaleyra **What problems is Twilio Verify solving and how is that benefiting you?** OTP delivery performance is improved with high conversion rates and uses premium telephony routes to prioritise latency. It also Provides OTP Template to remain complaint with current SMS requirements. ### 4. The good thing about twilio is the reliability. If you need a solution to make sure the end user recieves the message, twilio is the way to go. ### 6.
