What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

Sendgrid provides me with extensive experience in relation to email and sms campaigns, capturing contacts through forms and dynamic pages. It allows me to manage all this content from contacts to analysis and campaign control, offering personalized emails, integration api and sending automations. What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

Despite being great at what it offers, I miss a translation into other languages, making it difficult for inexperienced users. Compared to other email tools I use, I feel that the Dashboard hides some information, resulting in something less polluted, however, it makes the visualization of some data less agile. What problems is Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we are an events company, we work with mass email submissions for periodic projects. Having feedback on how these emails are being received, how the campaign was accepted and how users responded to that activity helps us in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the projects, providing us with a better approach and interaction study.
