What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

Sendgrid Email Marketing system has a good UI for building campaigns with medium complexity. It is simple enough to use for non-technical people to build the campaign itself but with enough features for the power user as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

The first thing for email marketing systems is to have excellent deliverability. This is, alas, SendGrid's weaker point. If using the shared IP pool, emails get rejected as spam by many of the larger suppliers, and you can only get through but using a dedicated IP (at extra cost, of course) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first issue we were solving with Sendgrid was deliverability. We needed a system that would allow us to send both authentication emails, notification emails and marketing emails with high level of deliverability. We were able to achieve that by using the dedicated IP feature in SendGrid. The second requirement for us was a robust API to connect to our systems. We were also using SendGrid's template builder to let our graphics designer and content marketers build the emails in the system itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
