What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

It is straightforward to integrate using the API key. A dashboard to track opens, clicks, deliverability metrics, geographical data, unsubscribes, and bounce is excellent. Their unsubscribe group feature is their USB. We can easily add multiple sending domains on one account without limitations, which other ESP usually have; even domain authentication using SPF and DKIM is hassle-free using our domain cpanel. What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

Pricing is a little costly even for bulk emails, but being a premium product with best-in-the-industry deliverability, it justifies its pricing somewhat. "Stupidest support ever"

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

I've been using Sendgrid for 10 years. It was easy to set up and "just worked". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

2 months ago my account was flagged because supposedly the API keys were leaked. I rotated the API keys and after a couple of days I got access to the account back.

On a Saturday the account was flagged again. The "proof" they sent me was an email that has been sent thousands of times. They told me to do a root cause analysis. This included inane questions like when I noticed the "intrusion". 3 days of different people speaking only in text blocks followed. The last person told me that I was a "repeat offender" and wouldn't get my account back.

I'm just grateful that this happened before I had to set up a payment because the free plan had almost ended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

The API itself works fine. The UI is relatively easy to navigate. It does everything you'd need an email API to do. As long as you don't mind constantly being suspended for false flags and getting support at least 3 business days later every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

There is zero support when the system automatically flags you for "unusual" activity. We have a 99% reputation according to SendGrid with 0 spam reports and 0 unsubscribes. Our app traffic tends to surge on one day each week according which causes our emails to surge on that day as well. We have been with SendGrid for about 3 months and have now been suspended 4 times and each time they say it was a false suspension. But there is no response for DAYS each time. SendGrid makes my life so much easier! I use it nearly daily in my capacity as a technical support specialist, and email issues are not uncommon. SendGrid not only makes the whole emailing setup and process seamless and easily integrates with all of our software, but also provides huge transparency and reporting into all of its functions.
