"Fast, Smooth Estimates and Payment Plans—Easy for Clients and Staff"

What do you like best about TurnKey Lender?

It did not ask a lot from the clients to use it, and I also like being able to quickly and easily show an estimate w/ the payments and costs to the client, and to print them a copy for them to use.

The software is fast to use and is always smooth, with no lag or stutters.

It was also easy to learn to use after doing it for real once or twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurnKey Lender?

I currently have no complaints w/ TurnKey, though I do wish we were able to make changes ourselves or smoother after the payment plan has started. By this I mean that if a client wants to pay off the loan early, we do not have a way of affecting it on our end. It has to be done seperately by calling head office. What problems is TurnKey Lender solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the issue of cost. It is easier for some clients to make a big purchase if it can be split in to smaller parts to make it more manageable for their budget. It makes better devices easier to access for some people, which improves their outcomes as a patient.

Compared to our previous payment plan system, it is also a lot less clunky and easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
