TurnCloud connects scheduling, patient notes, and billing, so after a visit I can submit a claim once it’s charted. I don’t have to re-enter the same information in three different places, and because it runs in my browser, I can access it anywhere without installing software. I like that an actual person is available anytime I need help, is based in the US, and understands chiropractic and how our type of office runs. It does exactly what I need without a pile of features I’ll never touch. Setup was very easy, and it was up and running within two days.
