What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like that TurboTenant makes it easy to manage my properties, communicate with tenants, and do everything I need to self-manage. It is an all-in-one tool where I can do everything in one place without needing separate accounting or management dashboards, including handling maintenance. I really like the background check feature, which lets me send a link directly to prospective tenants so I can run checks quickly and inexpensively without paper or third-party sites. What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

I think TurboTenant works pretty well for my needs, though onboarding was a little challenging. As I add properties, I may need a property manager or another person to access my account and handle TurboTenant tasks. It would also be handy to have a one-click mortgage payment feature. TurboTenant makes it easy for me to manage properties, handle applications and background checks, collect rent, communicate with tenants, and manage maintenance in one place, without separate accounting or dashboards.
