I like that TurboTenant keeps everything in one place for all of my units. It lets me create a P&L and input my expenses, which is really handy. The messaging feature is also great because I can communicate without sharing too much personal information. I haven't had any issues with the software, and being able to access it from my phone or computer is super convenient. It's been interesting and encouraging to learn new rules about rental properties and being a landlord. TurboTenant helps me make sound decisions about my rentals and stay on top of paperwork, which is valuable for both me and my tenants.
