What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like having consistent processes in place applications, screaning, lease signing, and rent tracking all follow the same workflow, which makes everything much easier to mange. The reports are detailed enough for me to make quick, level headed decisions about tenants, while still feeling confident that the data is accurate and reliable. What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

Sometimes the system feels a solw, particualry when I’m trying to tweak workflows or change how listings are displayed. In mu day to day professional work, I’m used to continually improving and fine tuning the way things are set up, so the limited flexibility here can feel restrictive from time to time. What problems is TurboTenant solving and how is that benefiting you?

It brings structure to something that used to be scattered across emails and spreadsheets. Being able to manage everything from rent to maintenance in TurboTenant keeps my life simpler and helps keep my portfolio profitable.
