What do you like best about TSA Management Software?

I really like the convenience of TSA Management Software. It's super easy to log in and instantly see what needs my attention, whether it's compliance training or something with a rep. Having everything consolidated in one place makes a huge difference. Previously, managing with spreadsheets was tedious, but now it's so streamlined. The onboarding process for new vendors or reps is quick and easy—you just input their name, email, and company, and the system takes care of the rest. This streamlines the whole process, especially the onboarding which used to be time-consuming and paper-driven. What do you dislike about TSA Management Software?

It'd be nice to group training purchases altogether. Right now, I have to select purchases individually, and they appear as separate charges. Being able to consolidate purchases into single credit purchases would make things easier. This would allow me to select the credits I need for different compliance trainings all at once. I find TSA Management Software streamlines employee and rep training, replacing our tedious spreadsheets. It simplifies the compliance process, makes onboarding faster, and centralizes documentation.
