Truu is a tool designed to streamline the process of organizing meeting notes into structured drafts. What do you like best about Truu?

What I value most about Truu is how it turns my chaotic meeting notes into topic‑grouped rough drafts without me having to drag‑and‑drop every single section manually. At Hamburg Textilwerk GmbH, our seasonal collection periods get absolutely chaotic. I sit back‑to‑back on cross‑border video calls: talking with our Portuguese fabric suppliers, running remote quality demos with our Eastern‑European garment partners, and hosting internal design workshops. I end up with pages upon pages of jumbled hand‑written notes mixing fabric test data, sample timelines and factory feedback. Before we adopted Truu, I spent multiple evenings sorting all that material by hand. Back in one of our early test phases, I processed notes from our Portuguese fabric supplier about autumn‑collection samples. Even though the AI later mis‑tagged some production details, it still split out commercial negotiation points from design feedback straight away. I didn’t need to rewrite everything from scratch. Since our company of 120 people has no dedicated AI specialist, I’m glad I don’t need coding skills to get workable results. Another huge plus for us based in Germany is that Truu keeps our data stored inside the EU. When I feed in sensitive supplier specifications and factory‑staff feedback notes, GDPR compliance is a hard requirement. What do you dislike about Truu?

My biggest frustrations with Truu stem from the fact it is built for general‑purpose business use and knows nothing about textile manufacturing out of the box. There are no pre‑built topic categories for fabric testing, sample approvals or factory quality checks. Just during that important call with our Portuguese fabric supplier, the AI dumped cold‑‑chain logistics rules and fabric‑shrinkage test figures under design‑feedback tags. If I had sent that output directly onward, our production team would never have received those critical manufacturing instructions. I had to go line‑by‑line reassigning every mis‑filed point. There is also no way to upload our internal company reference documents, so the platform cannot cross‑check its summaries against our official dye‑lot tolerances and production standards. Every fact‑check falls entirely on my shoulders. On another occasion, when I imported notes from multiple back‑to‑back meetings, snippets of factory‑shift‑schedule feedback got accidentally mixed into our fabric‑sample discussion summary. I nearly passed that irrelevant HR information to our purchasing team. We also have no native export to our secure cloud document repository. Every finished summary has to be copied and pasted manually. On busy weeks I worry about missing chunks of text when distributing materials to design and production. To make things harder, there are no visible in‑app GDPR indicators. I have to dig through external documentation to verify data retention and audit‑log settings whenever I process sensitive supplier or personnel‑related content. To improve Truu for textile manufacturing, it would be beneficial to integrate industry-specific categories such as fabric testing, sample approvals, and factory quality checks. Allowing users to upload internal reference documents could enhance the accuracy of AI-generated summaries by cross-referencing with official standards. Implementing a native export feature to secure cloud repositories would streamline the distribution process. Additionally, visible in-app GDPR indicators would provide users with immediate assurance of data compliance, reducing the need to consult external documentation. What problems is Truu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Truu came into our workflow at Hamburg Textilwerk GmbH, managing cross‑border meeting outputs was really draining. I was bouncing between NoteFlow and MeetingScribe, manually chopping up my call notes to create separate versions for design and production. I still remember that stressful incident last autumn: processing notes from our Portuguese fabric supplier on MeetingScribe, the tool glitched and partial notes about our autumn‑collection samples vanished. I lost hours of work and almost missed our internal deadline to share specs with design. Now Truu gives me a single workspace to turn messy consultation notes into structured drafts. After video calls with overseas fabric partners or factory supervisors, I drop in my raw notes and get grouped action items and vendor commitments. This shaves hours of manual sorting off my weekly schedule. That said it is purely an assisting tool, not something I can trust blindly. That Portuguese‑supplier example taught me the AI can mis‑route textile‑technical data, and I’ve also seen unrelated feedback bleed across different meeting transcripts. Every summary I generate gets fully proofread and corrected, then manually copied into our cloud storage for our internal departments. There is no automatic sync.
