What do you like best about Trustist Reviews?

The best part about Trustist is how simple it makes the review process for a 'non techie' user.

We rolled this out to stores and usually would have been asked for 'how to' guides like with most other integrations, but it was more of a 'set up and go'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trustist Reviews?

Recommendations to others considering Trustist Reviews:

If you're using this to supplement your existing service for your brick and mortar locations like we have it seems like a no brainer. We do use another system for our ecommerce offering, however to take their store based system was expensive, and required a lot of integration, this made it a quick win for us in a very busy period.

Development is as simple as dropping the supplied code onto your website. We have made a couple of changes so we display slightly different to the stock system, but if you have any front end development resource at all, this should be simple enough.

Reviews can be from almost any device, mobile, tablet, computer. We do this in stores with tablets, and have seen a huge increase in responses because of the quick and easy review process.

The customer isn't expected to give too much information, that I think appeals to most users in the day and age, as we've seen previously, not every customer wants to give out any personal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trustist Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improving our Google location scores. Since implementing Trustist we've accumulated over 1000 reviews spread across our locations so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
