"The AI project that actually shipped, and gave me hours back every week"

5/5

What do you like best about TrustedIQ?

TrustedIQ has automated a significant amount of our customer audit checklist. The system reads all of our fully executed contracts and then goes back to update the salesforce account and opportunity.

Across the volume of order forms we process, that is hours back every quarter that I used to spend copy/pasting and clicking.

Recently we have shifted from manual to automated approvals in TIQ. I can load a document and then scroll down to confirm the decisions the system has already made (vs reviewing and saving line by line). Getting the details of an agreement into salesforce is very easy and quick now. We still sanity check the output but it’s much less effort and the system gets it right 98/100 times. If it gets something wrong I can adjust in the system before it pushes the data.

It also fits how we actually run. We intentionally do not use a CPQ. Instead of forcing a process change TrustedIQ worked with us and built around our desired workflow. I bring feedback every month and it ships into the product. We have direct communication on slack also which is nice.

The biggest result is leverage. I had own our contract-audit checklist and for years was the only person who knew every detail that had to be right. TrustedIQ allowed me to turn that into an automated, documented process and hand it off so it could scale beyond just me. The odds of us making a mistake have been significantly reduced.

We just renewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustedIQ?

The team is actively building toward true load-it-and-forget-it automation.

In the meantime the 2/100 times they get it wrong and I have to make the adjustment is holding us back. Non-standard agreements may always require an extra bit of sanity checking and that's ok. We still read every contract and watch where the data goes. We are just removing as many clicks as possible to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrustedIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

It validates contract data against Salesforce, auto-approves the fields we trust at ~99% accuracy, flags mismatches, and automates renewal creation. In practice that is roughly 26 fewer clicks per record, hours back each quarter, accurate renewals with no manual re-keying, and a process I can delegate instead of being the single point of failure.
