I find Trustana really simplifies the process for getting products online. It used to take three people's full-time resources to upload a few hundred products a week, but with Trustana's AI, I can do it more efficiently. Trustana gives us good product content from the very start of our product onboarding process, and it sources all the information we need, so we no longer have to rely on suppliers for product details. We use suppliers now only to verify the information, meaning we act as editors rather than authors of the content. The initial setup of Trustana was very easy, and the support from Trustana has been exceptional, with great account managers and a lot of hand-holding during the setup and beyond. We do have some very hard limitations around images that we can use on our website. So getting some of those images to be to our specifications has proven to be cumbersome. We do provide our own images, though, and we don't really use the image functionality. So there may be a process or fix for it in more recent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
