What do you like best about Truss?

Unlike Interac eTransfer, there are no limits for paying our suppliers and artists. I also like the tracking feature, which allows both me and the recipient to see exactly where the payment is as it moves from my business bank account to the recipients. Overall the MazumaGo user experience is much nicer than my online banking interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truss?

I dislike that I can't use MazumaGo to pay my US suppliers and artists. That said, I know they're expanding into the US soon, at which point I'll definitely use MazumaGo for USD payments just as I do for my CAD payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Truss:

It's totally trustworthy. Although MazumaGo is a new fintech provider, they have a totally secure platform, great customer support and I have never had a problem sending a single payment via MazumaGo. What problems is Truss solving and how is that benefiting you?

MazumaGo allows my mysuc tech company to send large payment amounts to artists and suppliers. Before MazumaGo I was paying Canadian artists via Interac eTransfer and due to the transfer limits, I often had to split payments into multiple transactions, which was a nightmare for reconciliation.
