What do you like best about Truss?

I like that Truss is full of features, but it's also not overwhelming. I value that it's connected to my email, allowing me to send information request lists and deliver tax returns very seamlessly. The integration with Drake Tech software is a large help, and I'm really pleased that the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truss?

The only thing that I'm noticing now is that the workpaper functionality isn't working exactly as I would like it, but they are working on it and it has improved from last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Truss solving and how is that benefiting you?

Truss saves us a lot of time on administrative tasks like gathering, downloading, and sharing documents and tax returns. It also helps clients provide us with information efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
