What do you dislike about Trusona?

The password-less platform has not yet become mature enough for potential new users to jump on to this excellent and much needed new technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trusona solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is typically addressed in a very lazy way, using OTP codes that are sent as text messages to the users phone. The problem with this approach is that telephone communication using SS7 protocol can be cloned and/or easily intercepted. Similarly, Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) relies on a series of questions and answers to confirm the identity of a user, however the ansers to these pre-existing questions are vulnerable to being hacked, copied and stored in databanks. The main vulnerability to this approach is that the ansers to these questions do not change and are, therefore, valid for long periods of time. The ideal MFA system is one that does not rely on static information and that cannot be easily intercepted. Trusona can effectively address both of these issues in a way that does not rely on user memory for complex passwords, does not rely on SS7 protocol and does not store any user information for login purposes. In this regard, Trusona is one of the few truly passwordless systems that is safe, easy to use and reliable. Also given the price-point, it is highly competitive within the MFA space.
