TrulySmall is super easy to use which I really like since I've never had to send invoices before. Since I only send invoices to one business I like that I can easily duplicate previous invoices and switch out my hours and dates for the pay period. I only send invoices to one business which are handled by the same accounts payable personnel. They only pay their invoices in checks though so I have to manually mark the invoice as paid either when I get my check or AP forwards me one of their payment reminders and tells me it's been mailed. I'd like for there to be a feature for accepting checks where the payer can input the check number and mark the check as sent once it's mailed, that way I know my payment is on the way, AP can mark it as paid on their end along with the check number for both our records, and neither of us have to deal with payment reminder emails in the period between when the check is sent and I get it.
