What do you like best about truest career growth?

I like that truest holds me (and the people I work with) accountable to actually take the time to work on myself. Ths helps our team passively lead by example because we all make space for the career growth we know is ours to own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about truest career growth?

It is a relatively new product, and while some of the big exercises are super helpful, I sometimes wish it had some features that made me build better habits. I think it can do a better job of tailoring some of the growth exercises to me personally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is truest career growth solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a few: first is lack of information that helps us build self awareness. The private insights make me more likely to actually internalize feedback (vs. getting defensive), and when people ask me for my perspective I am more honest because I know it is going just to them. The other problem is just not "seeing" the other people around me. The Mosaic helps me understand how others tick (and they better understand me too). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
