What do you like best about TrueOps FBA Refunds?

TrueOps has been a game changer for our business. They operate completely hands-off and were even able to recover a reimbursement for an old shipment that Amazon had lost—something two previous providers failed to do. As a small brand, every penny matters, and we truly appreciate how much they've helped us protect our margins. Inventory losses are not something we can afford, and thanks to TrueOps, we’ve minimized that risk. I highly recommend them to any business looking to recover what they're owed. What do you dislike about TrueOps FBA Refunds?

I don’t really have any major complaints about TrueOps. They’ve done a great job overall. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the lack of regular updates. I would appreciate receiving monthly reports detailing the actions they’ve taken and the progress made on reimbursements. It would help with visibility and tracking.
