What do you like best about Truelink Media?

I like the whole ecosystem of the product as they are providing hardware and software both to play an advertisement or any content on my tv screens. Even i m able to create the content in the webapp itself with animations and plugins and also they provide templates for that.

Other best thing i like is the sustainability of the player. I am having 5 tv screens with 5 player attached and i m using it since 6 months and still they are working great. no need to restart and no hardware failure as compare to other digital signages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truelink Media?

One thin i dislike is that there are few plugins. I told them as a customer feedback and they are rekeasing some interactive plugins in January Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Truelink Media solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run 3 branches of my cafe and there are 5 tv screens. 2 for on, other 2 for another one and last one screen in last cafe branch which is small one. As per festivals and offers i used to create graphics for it and publish them in all tv screens in just few minutes whenever i want.

The main benefit i gained is time. I used 2 digital signage before this one and they take so much time to publish the content. But truelink media is consist of great user experience as it solves and defines the ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
