I like the features they provide and the smooth experience the software gave me makes my work easy and specially they have done very good work on templates and one of the best scheduler they provide and really like that conflict solver in scheduler.

Not that much downsides found in this but I thank they are ok ok in giving usage documentation, As Software engineer I understood every thing and how things work in builder, scheduler but don't know abound what happen is totally non-technical person use this. as Grown up company they will defiantly do something about this in near future.
