I like the fact that you can create workflows and set alerts by email when you complete a form, because it saves time and you don't need to do activities that don't add value to the process. It solves the problem of using paper, it benefits us a lot to have all the information on the TrueContext portal, and we connect it to the corporate OneDrive, which is very useful for everyone involved in a process to consult the forms whenever they want.
