Ease and flexibility to manipulate forms and add docuements to formspaces. I also like how easy it is to integrate documents into formspaces. Currenly, we cannot dispatch a completed document to more than one person. This has been a thorn in our side due to the need for more than one person to recieve, review and sign-off on some of our documents. Access to forms in a field setting has been the biggest benefit thus far. The fact that an employee can fill out a form and it is immediatley available to the rest of the management team has helped streamline many aspects of our safety management process.
