A strong point of TrueContext is its conditional logic. Building logic with -IF -THEN -ELSE IF -ELSE statements works really well. With this conditional logic, you can control which pages, sections, or questions are shown. For more complicated logic, it’s also possible to use a data source (e.g., an Excel sheet) that contains the relationships between different inputs and outputs. In addition, the output of the form can be stored in a data source and uploaded the next time the form is used, which helps avoid entering the same values over and over. The end-user forms run very smoothly on a Windows laptop as well as on an iPhone. TrueContext integrates nicely with work order management (like ServiceMax and D365). It is also possible to get values from electrical safety instruments (Fluke) and report them trough the form. If required the support team of TrueContext is available to advise on how to create specific solutions. It is even possible to create a form using AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every tool has limitations, also TrueContext. The conditional logic can only be used to control pages/sections/questions that are after the input question. It is also not possible (yet) to append text to a already answered question. But it is easy to use one of the different solutions available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
