I like the combination of flexibility and automation. Once a form is set up properly, it can save a lot of manual effort and help ensure consistent data collection across the organization. My biggest frustration is working with older or more complex forms. Without a detailed change log, it can be difficult to understand the reasoning behind earlier design decisions or to quickly see what changed from one version to the next. Onboarding is relatively easy, but becoming proficient with advanced features and complex workflows takes time. More role-based training for administrators would be helpful.
