Being able to deploy on our own servers was a hard requirement from our compliance team, since it gives us full control over where our data lives. Beyond that, the built-in messenger has been a real time-saver: group chats, mentions, and search mean our engineers no longer have to remember which of the ten different threads a decision was made in.
