What do you like best about Trovata?

The ease of use is excellent—everything is in one dashboard, and searching transactions across several banks or accounts is seamless. For our organization, the unlimited retention is a game-changer. Our primary bank only allows us to pull data back 45 days, so when it comes to audit requests or historical transaction inquiries, Trovata is our go-to source of data. What do you dislike about Trovata?

The single biggest issue is the manual uploads for Cash Forecasting module. There are many times when we want to upload a manual forecast and unless it is in the exact daily format trovata requires it will not be accepted. It takes more time to reformat our documents from an easy view to the inefficient trovata manual import template Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trovata solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a one-stop place to look up transactions. I’m hoping to make better use of the cash forecasting features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hey Zack! Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. The unlimited retention point is one of our favorites, because most customers don't realize how often it ends up mattering until they need to pull a transaction from, let's say, 18 months ago. Really glad it's paying off for your team. Having everything in one dashboard with seamless cross-bank search is the kind of experience we want every treasury team to have, and we're so glad it's clicking. We also appreciate the forecasting feedback and have items in the works (AI) to help solve for easier importing capabilities coming soon.
