Trova has been a total game changer for our organization. As a global, remote first workforce it's hard to have water cooler moments and get to know colleagues on a personal level, and to know their working preferences. With Trova we have a repository for people to share fun information about themselves, as well as working preferences so that others can work most effectively with one another. I know I use Trova nearly daily to look up colleagues and personalize communications with them in mind. I also just love working with the Trova team - they are always open to suggestions for new features, and then actually implement the ideas. I can't imagine working remotely without Trova. There is nothing I dislike about Trova, if I had to mention something I suppose that it works mostly in Slack and not in Teams but that's a Teams issue, not Trova one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
