What do you like best about Trigma?

Flexibility and responsiveness. They were comfortable working with incomplete specs and changing priorities, which matters a lot at our stage. Communication was consistent and turnaround on changes was quick, and having a single point of contact made the whole thing easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trigma?

Not much of substance. I'd have liked slightly more proactive input on technical approach - they're strong at delivering what's specified, and there were moments where an alternative suggestion up front would have saved a round of iteration. Recommendations to others considering Trigma:

Be clear up front about what you want and how you want to work - the more direction you give, the better the output. Set up a regular check-in rhythm early and keep one point of contact on each side. What problems is Trigma solving and how is that benefiting you?

They give us engineering capacity without the overhead of hiring in-house. As an early-stage company we needed to build and iterate on our platform quickly, and using an external team let us do that without committing to permanent headcount before we were ready.
