The biggest positive for us was that Tridhya Tech understood how much our manual processes were holding us back. We were managing growing volumes of customer and rewards data through spreadsheets, and that was no longer sustainable. Their team built a custom platform around our actual workflow rather than simply digitizing the same inefficient process. Moving from spreadsheets to a completely different way of working required more adjustment than we initially expected. Some processes that seemed straightforward on paper needed refinement once real data and day-to-day scenarios were introduced. We could probably have spent more time validating those workflows earlier. What problems is Tridhya Tech solving and how is that benefiting you? Our team was spending too much time maintaining spreadsheets, processing reward information, validating data, and preparing it for analysis. Tridhya Tech centralized and automated much of this through a web-based rewards platform with API integrations and better data management. Processing is considerably faster, analysis requires less manual effort, and we reported approximately 50% lower costs.
