The best thing I like about this product is how easy it makes it to track all my test cases and test runs in one place. Having everything centralized saves a lot of time and keeps things organized, especially when multiple tests are moving at the same time.

Sometimes the interface feels slow, especially when working with a large number of test cases or heavy data sets, and that can interrupt the overall workflow. Integration with some third-party tools is possible, but it can be more complicated than expected and usually needs extra setup time before everything works smoothly. Dashboard customization and reporting options also feel somewhat limited, which makes it harder to pull detailed insights without putting in additional effort.
