It has freed up a large amount of our site manager's time that would be spent administering site safety inductions or tool box talks. It ensures that we have a consistent and robust health & safety training system in place for every worker before starting work or at work. Also, having the ability to access from 100's of pre-made micro training videos within the video store and assigning them to our workforce has been transformative.
