Honestly, the best part is that it just works across both cloud and on-prem without needing to redo everything from scratch. It gave us the flexibility we needed and once it was set up, day-to-day use felt pretty seamless. Some parts felt a little overwhelming at first. Such as figuring out which setting controls what, especially when switching between environments. Took some trial and error.
