What do you like best about Trellix Network Detection and Response (NDR)?

It's just amazing data center security system. I use it daily and just love all the features. Any help is immediately provided by the customer service agents. I enjoy working on it. And it's is easy to use and implement in day to day basis. It's is very user friendly and anyone not knowing much about it can also use it at ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trellix Network Detection and Response (NDR)?

Few glitches on the training session. But got all the updates which helps in better work process all thru while working on this app. Few lags at times while working. Unaware about the reason but it doesn't cause much of an issue as the work product is saved while in use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great at problem solving. Get a lot of help in securing my data and I have been feeling sale after using fire eye data service . Happy with the product to the most. What do you like best about Trellix Network Detection and Response (NDR)?

I liked the functionality offered with FireEye. It not only had signature based detection but behavioral analysis and machine learning. This enabled our agency to ensure that we adequately cleaned up our systems after a ransonware attack and be 100% certain that we have closed the bad actors out of our systems. The tool was fairly easy to install on multiple nodes of a domain and we were able to run a script to verify that it was talking back to the main hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trellix Network Detection and Response (NDR)?

The biggest downside was that it would peg the CPU at 100% utilization at times and we would have to tweak the configuration a bit and run scripts to resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trellix Network Detection and Response (NDR) solving and how is that benefiting you?

FireEye replaced Symantec that we had used prior that relied heavily on signature based detection. Our symantec was not robust enough to help us clean up our system and the ransomware actually removed it from our machines to infect them. FireEye was able to demonstrate that we have entirely removed the bad actors from our system through the machine learning and behavioral anaylsis of processes running in our environment.
