What do you like best about Trava Security?

The people and the advisory process. The team has been thoughtful, practical, and genuinely invested in helping us improve over time. They took the time to understand our business, our clients’ expectations, etc, then helped guide us toward the right priorities, services, and solutions. The guidance has always felt pragmatic and tailored rather than formulaic. I should say though that their platform and tools for analysis/assessment and ongoing monitoring are also very well designed, intuitive, straightforward to use, and still deep enough to provide meaningful visibility into progress and risk areas. What do you dislike about Trava Security?

Nothing at all that I dislike. There are some particular consulting services that I wish they had for lower cost or provided in a different tiered way for our business, but from what I gathered they provide the services I'm referring to at a very reasonable rate for the market, it was just more than we were able to take on. And frankly, their consultants were able to point us in the right direction with some of these things I'm referring to anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Trava Security:

I’d strongly recommend them to organizations that want more than just a checklist compliance vendor. Their combination of advisory and well-designed tools has been genuinely valuable for us. What problems is Trava Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trava has helped us take a very structured and proactive approach to security, privacy, and compliance. They’ve helped us identify gaps, prioritize improvements, strengthen policies and operational practices, and build a realistic long-term roadmap for improving our overall security posture that meets our clients' high standards. The vCISO guidance and quarterly reviews we've received have been especially valuable because they’ve helped us think strategically about security rather than just reacting to client requests or compliance requirements as they arise. Their platform for assessment/analytics and monitoring have also been very helpful and intuitive to use. We've also used their penetration testing program and that team has done a more thorough job than any firm I've worked with - very detailed in terms of findings and proposed solutions, and really attentive/responsive during the remediation process.
