What do you like best about Transcription HUB?

Transcription Hub is an easy site to maneuver and uploading is a simple process. The customer service is also available when I need help and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. The pricing is also competitive and probably on the lower scale than competitors and the quality is superb! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transcription HUB?

At times Transcription Hub can be a very basic service compared to other resources. Example: you are not able to upload multiple calls at once unless you have access to Google Drive which is not available by our company. This leads to long upload times and is frustrating. Also the website can be difficult to navigate at times and completed orders do not have names connected with them so you have a bulk order, it might be difficult to find.
