I like that Transcript LOL always just works, so I never have to think about it. I set up an automation for Zoom meetings and any files we store on Google Drive, and it always imports them without having to look back. I get a summary whenever I need to access it, and I can ask for custom forms and stuff. It's easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it would be nice to also have automated exports. Currently, it's easy to import content into Transcript LOL, but we have to set up our own automation using Zapier or the Make integration. It would be nice to have a built-in automated imports as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
