"Turning Audio, Video, and Links into Clear Transcripts"

What do you like best about TranscribeTube?

A lot of my work involves health education videos, recorded webinars, and educational audio. I also keep recorded consultation notes and follow up discussions whenever a written record is needed. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so having a transcript saves me a lot of time compared to writing everything manually. TranscribeTube fits well into this workflow. I can upload audio or video files, and I also like that I can transcribe YouTube videos when I need written notes from health education content. It was easy to start using, and I did not spend much time learning the platform. One thing I like is that I can review the transcript while listening to the recording. If I notice a small mistake, I can correct it right away. I can listen to the recording while checking the transcript, make small corrections when needed, and the speaker labels with timestamps make longer recordings much easier to review.

I also like the export options because I can save transcripts in TXT, PDF, or DOCX depending on how I want to use them. This is useful when I prepare patient education material, organize consultation notes, or create health education content for social media. Everything stays organized in one place, so managing transcripts is much easier. I use it whenever I need written notes from health education audio or videos. The number of features feels right for my work, and everything is easy to find without making the platform confusing. What do you dislike about TranscribeTube?

Reviewing longer recordings takes a little more effort because I sometimes have to scroll through the transcript while listening to the audio. It would be better if the transcript followed the playback more smoothly. Also, Longer recordings naturally take more time to process and review. What problems is TranscribeTube solving and how is that benefiting you?

I often need written notes from health education videos, webinars, and recorded audio, and typing everything manually takes a lot of time. TranscribeTube helps me turn those recordings into text much faster, so I can focus more on preparing health education material instead of writing everything myself. It is also useful when I need written records from recorded consultation notes or educational discussions. I can review the transcript, make small corrections if needed, and save it in the format that works best for me. This keeps everything organized and makes it easier to find information later.

It also helps when I create health education content for social media. Instead of listening to the same recording again and again, I already have the transcript ready, which makes it much easier to prepare articles, captions, presentation notes, and other educational content.
