What do you like best about Mitratech Learn?

Trakstar is pretty seamless for even the least tech savvy individual. As a Tech Support Specialist, I often have to "hold the hands" of our clients when navigating various platforms. Users rarely find Trakstar difficult to use and we typically do not need to assist them in locating their modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitratech Learn?

We have had some instances in which Trakstar did not properly record a user's quiz results. In these instances, we either need to push the user along to the next module or have them retake the quiz, which can sometimes cause some frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mitratech Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trakstar allows our users to easily access training materials and pace their learning to their own needs and time constraints. This prevents us from having to align training schedules or provide make-up training options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
