What do you like best about Trainn?

Their support team is highly proactive, and has helped us in getting started with the vision of building the WebEngage Academy. It is perfect for marketing teams that do not currently have a customer education team onboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainn?

The platform has some rough edges, which are proactively being solved by the Trainn team. No complaints there. While the best training programs in the world club high-quality content with creativity, the flexibility for the latter is somewhere missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trainn is helping us solve for the biggest painpoint for any SaaS company - customer education. While most brands resort to pre-recorded videos and in-person training, it is not scalable.
