What do you like best about Trainn?

I really enjoyed creating videos with Lara (the voice feature) and converting existing videos using the AI voice for my certification courses. I also like that each video title can be edited beforehand before publishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainn?

While creating certification on Trainn, there are limitations on the submission types for the case-based evaluations (e.g. Free text is the only available option) I would have appreciated a section for "Reviews" where video or text or links or documents could be uploaded as answers. Email alerts to both the learners and the enablement teams is essential, to be sent until the training is completed, is a must have feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have an external LMS platform built on top of Trainn, which makes it very easy for users to sign up and enroll in their courses. The courses are already pre-defined on the back end for different audiences, and certificates are issued automatically upon completion. Overall, both our external- and internal-facing LMS needs are covered within a single platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
