What do you like best about Trainn?

Trainn is an exceptional tool for a variety of 'users' in our company ranging from the beginner to an advanced content creator. Besides the application itself, the support staff is easy to work with and is open to listening to suggestions from the user community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainn?

Trainn is ever evolving. There are some items involving reporting that is improving. The ability to determine videos, manuals, etc being used and whether they are embedded or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trainn has worked with us to improve their translation functionality. One such item was incorporating a glossary/dictionary functionality. Since much of our content is technical, having the ability to identify which terms should be translated versus those which need a different translation than that by default.

I like the new dashboard functionality released. This is progress in allowing us to see the highest viewed items and if they are embedded or not.
