We had a unique use case for the Nanonets team to tackle and they met the challenge with expertise. We are not in the "OCR"-field, and they were patient with our questions, with open lines of communication and suggestions for solutions throughout the setup. The platform itself is user-friendly (see aforementioned "not in the OCR-field"), and we access it constantly at our own leisure. They embedded themselves in our original research objective and have been the connection point across our multiple vendors and platforms. We keep coming back with requests for additional services and they have delivered on each so far.
